Not that I'm focused on pleasing my readers but--I sure would like to know if anyone is interested in my forays into deleted scenes from my book!

Now that that's off my chest, on to more pressing issues regarding publishing and marketing...

I hate to admit it, but I'm on the 4th or 5th round of edits with Createspace. How could I have overlooked all the missing commas the first few times? It's as though I'm brain dead when I look through the electronic proof...I realized today that I've been at this since March. When I first started the process I thought how much easier this would be the second time around--Saille, the Willow, was so much cleaner than The Moonstone--it would be a breeze!

I'm seriously considering hiring a proof reader before I send in the next book. And so, instead of coming out in June for the summer solstice, (can't even believe I thought that possible!) Book II has been delayed yet again--I'm now hoping for early October for the release. But in some ways this may be a good thing since I now have time to prepare for my blog tour (heaven help me) and get some other pre-release marketing out into the blogesphere. Who knows? Maybe Halloween will be the perfect time to launch Book II.
